you ever notice how your coworkers run up a flurry of linkedin recommendations right before announcing: "later suckers i just got a job at google!"?
Well, with the pattern in mind, we should build a linkedin tie-in for HR departments that monitors one's network for abnormally high rates of getting recommended.
So when your data analyst gets 2 recommendations in the span of 3 days, after an 18 month recommendation drought, our system'll ping her HR department with a message like: "if I were you I'd start posting job listings for a data analyst….."
